PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS
The Public Participation Process (also knows as Stakeholders Engagement) forms part of the EIA process, which allows individual, companies, authorities or groups that may be or are affected by a proposed development to raise their concerns and register as an Interested or Affected Party. This process is a legal requirement in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (107 of 1998) as well as the South African Constitution, section 32. Therefore Green-Box Consulting has made these documents available for public download, to assist in the Public Participation Process.
